Blogging experience :D

Well, blogging it´s not my best skill. Really, i don't like write so much publicly, i prefer do it privately. But, i enjoyed the experience. For me, it's a new form for learn english.

I've never been too good for learn english, specially for write. I feel that my writing skills was developed. When i had a question, i try to find the meaning of some words, or some concepts. My vocabulary is better now, and i hope that my writing skills too. Maybe i don't write very well but i learned.

In the future, i would like to do other activities that i believe can help us for learn english. For example, we can work in groups, write a poem or a song, and show it in the class. Or we can do karaoke in english, for develope our skill in the pronunciation field, make it the class very funny and sharing with our classmates.

I would like to write about socials topics, or how our career (in this case, psychology), can help in this aspect. I want to write about the cotidian life, too. Topics like that we do in a day of our lives o what we do the weekends can be interestings.

Finally, it's good have a space to write about differents topics, with some freedom, because it's not easy find this freedom in the classroom.

Goodbye, english blog. See you soon.

The Wall with my father

I went for accompany my father, but, definitely, was the best concert in my life.

The Wall, performed by Roger Waters (ex Pink Floyd) was a experience of another level. This concert was in february, one year ago, at the National Stadium, in Chile. I was in my vacations, in El Tabo. Me and my father came to Santiago a day before the concert, for to get a good place in the Stadium.

This concert was very important to me because me and my father shared a wonderful experience. To hear the espectacular music in my ears, dance, scream, sing... I lived a big emotions in that moment. Definitely, was epic.

I should to recognize that, when Roger played "Comfortably Numb", me and my father cry. The wall was full, nobody was in the scene, only a Roger in a little space with his guitar.

You! yeah you! Listen this album. It´s amazing!

Finally, we came back to El Tabo with mi father that night. But nothing was like a day before. We was together in a concert, father and son.

Dreams...

Oh, dreams. Really, i dont' know that they are. But i don't believe that the dreams are premonitions, or visions from the past. Neither i think that the dreams are the result of the experiences of the day, i think that is a little bit complex.

Maybe some psychologists use the dreams like a tool to depeen in some topics with the pacient, but, really, i don't believe in the dreams like a useful tool.

About my dreams, i can say that i dream a lot, practically every day, and almost always i remember what happen. My dreams, generally, are very complex, sometimes i don't understand nothing, is like a David Lynch's Movie... I try to talk about my dreams with my friends, but they usually don't understand my dreams because their dreams are very simple.

I like the dreams, i like so much the movies that refers to the dreams.

Eyes Wide Shut, from Stanley Kubrick (his last movie before die)... I recommend see this movie, it's very misterious, complex, engaging and seductive.

Look the trailer ;D (I love the soundtrack!)

Rorschach again :D

My favorite subject in the term is Rorschach Test: Exner System of Scoring. Although, when i began the term, i don't have this subject, a few days after i decided take it, i don't know why, because i don't like so much evaluate the people with tests.

But in class, i learned a lot. The teacher, Miss Ivette González, presents differenting asks to the Rorschach Inkblot test. We, with the help of the Exner Manual, decode the asks, and after, we interpretate the decode. It's sounds very simple, but not. I had to read very much to learn to decode, because every little thing is importante in the Exner System.

For the evaluation, in pairs, we had to take a Rorschach inkblot test, decode, and interpretate. With my partner had a very difficult case, because we saw strange things in the protocol. The person gave so many asks, making more large the decode. Finally, we decoded and interpretated all the information.

I like the subject because i don't know about the Rorschach Inkblot test, and i learned a lot of things reading and making the test.

Summer!

This is a picture from my last vacations. It was taken for Camilo Provoste, one of my best friends. This picture is very special, because this vacations was the best of my life. We were on trip a month, crossing the south of our country, between Puerto Montt and Cucao.

In this picture, are all the members of a community called "the fellowship of Sopapo", less Camilo, who took the picture. In order, to left to right, are Santiago Bastias, a friendly bear of La Tirana, Me (Ricardo González) and Francisco Viollo. After a few days, arrived to the fellowship other member and the one woman, Paula Jara. It was taken in february, in Valdivia's square. Just before the picture, we saw a parade representing "La Tirana".

I like this photograph because we were so happy, we are happy together. And it's very funny the presence of a bear, that represents a Demon from the northerm people, in La Tirana. This days was some of my favorites days of all my life!

Oh, My Dear Video Games...

I will try that not exceed so much my words, because this topic is very interesting to me... I love video games!!

Kirby is my Hero!

I know too many genres in the videogames, but i will tell you about my favorites: Survival Horror, Adventure, Soccer, Science Fiction, and Dance (Okey, i'm very bad in the last but i try). I don't want to talk about the genres, it's very boring, but i will say that every people can find a video game to play, because there for all the tastes!

Although, actually i don't play so much time, i have two video games console: PlayStation 3 and Super Nintendo.

I like the "old school's video games", because i played with my brother, and we cooperate in the differents stages to pass at the next level. We were, and are, a team. We perseverate to defeat the Koopas, and rescue the princess, or we fighted battle after battle, for finally, kill EyeDol and win the Killer Instinct's Tournament.

Actually, i play PlayStation 3 and kill zombies in Resident Evil, or collect bottles for help Alicia in Wonderland. Every Friday me and my friends share some drinks while we play ProEvolution Soccer.

My Super Nintendo!!

My favorite piece of technology is my Super Nintendo. I know that now is a very old object, but in my chilhood was cause of full happiness.

The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) is a videogame console from fourth generation. This piece was released in 1990 in Japan, and finally arrived to South America in 1992. My father gave me this videogame console in 1997, when i was 5 years old.  From this moment, me and my brother began to play all the days, playing different games. We had Mario All Stars, Mario World, Donkey Kong Country, Killer Instinct, Super Street Fighter II, besides other videogames cassettes.

Definitely, the SNES is my favorite piece of technology because i had so much hours of fun playing the games, sharing with my brother (this game was the one thing that we shared, because i wanted to play sports and he wanted to draw or read), and sharing with my school's friends.

A SNES with one of my favorite games, Donkey Kong Country.

If i can imagine my life with my SNES? It´s impossible. I growth with this game, and gave me something that i never imagined: Perseverance... And, sometimes, actually, i play, like the old times.

American Beauty... And it's very beautiful

It's very difficult to me to choose one movie like my favorite movie, but this story meets my favorite actor with the most beautiful girl that i saw in my life (at this moment). For this, i choose American Beauty.

This movie, directed by Sam Mendes (this was his film debut, in 1999), and starring by Kevin Spacey (my favorite actor for this movie and K-pax, The Usual Suspects, Seven), Mena Suvari (in this film she's so precious and lovely), Annette Bening, Thora Birch, Chris Cooper and Peter Gallagher, won five academy awards, included best movie and best director (for Mendes) and best actor for Kevin Spacey.

This is my favorite movie because explore a topic very interesting: the beauty in the simple things, in the honesty, in be yourself. In the beauty not like a objective, or a object of consume. The beauty in the life, in the wind, in the faces every day. For this, American Beauty presents the symbolism of the roses in every times in the movie. The beauty is in everything, and everyone can be fascinating for someone in this world... and the beauty only seek be recognized, for that the movie's slogan: "Look closer..."

Like an anecdotal data, i personally have a tattoo in my left arm representing this movie. I love Mena Suvari! hahaha

Hermann "Brad" Rorschach

This man, died 90 years ago of peritonitis, . His name is Hermann Rorschach. He was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, and one of the most important man in his area of the twentieth century.

Hermann is famous for create one of the most popular and validated projective test until the moment, the Rorschach inkblost test, published in 1921. Although this test was created a long time ago, it's very important because help to report the unconscious personality of the pacient, although this test is very useful in persons no patients too.

I choose this expert because this year i took a signature about the Rorschach inkblost test, in relation with the Exner system, a process to encode the test, very validated actually. I'm very interested in this topic, and i hope to learn so much more about this. For this signature, we have to take a Rorschach inkblost test to a person, and explain the results.

Like a funny data, Rorschach is very similar to Brad Pitt (Look the picture in this post).

You shook me... yeah you shook me (8)

My favorite band is an Australian band. They sell more than 50 million discs with their album "Back in Black", published in 1980. This disc have a front color black in memory of Bon Scott, the leader vocal that died a few months ago, in the same year. This, mi favorite band, is the powerful AC/DC.

Their foundation was in 1973, and after a time, they became the rock band most famous in the history.

I like this band because their music is very energetic, and powerful. The rhythm of their guitars is incomparable, and the voice of their singers (Bon Scott since 1974 to his death, in 1980, and Brian Johnson since 1980 to the present) are the perfect complement. AC/DC is one of the pioneers of hard rock.

My favorite's AC/DC song is "Shook me all night long". This song, although is a little bit male chauvinist, like others AC/DC's songs, have a sticky riff and rhythm. Personally, i want to jump when i hear this song, it's magical. In this post i included the funny video starring by the members of the band.

Finally, i hope AC/DC come to Chile, at National Stadium, for accomplish my dream.
